Job types included in the survey were identified after their on-plant analysis
by HR Managers.
Each position has a functional job description which is used for doing the matching of your employees.
Each of your employees will be assigned to predefined jobs. We validate the matching to
ensure the relevance of the comparison.
We do not collect data from your employees, like web based compensation surveys.
The information is sent to us directly by the companies.
Specific analysis panels are made according to your needs, depending on the industry,
size of the plant and or the geographical area.
• Data collection takes place between June and November.
• Results and rankings are sent to you at the beginning of the year.
